The interview process at McDonald's is usually straightforward. They often ask about your availability, teamwork skills, customer service experience, and how you would handle different workplace situations. A group interview with around 8 people where we were asked to just introduce ourselves and have a conversation with each other while the hiring manager was watching. They hired around half of us.
The interview was quick, mainly asking about availability & any prior customer service or hospitality experience. They do review your resume but availability and the number of hours you can commit to is prioritised.
