I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at McDonald's (Fontana, CA)
Interview
I had an interview at 1:30... I got there about 1:15. I went to the counter to tell them I was there for an interview with Karen. They directed me towards her, she was already sitting at the corner of the lobby with some people doing orientation. I introduced myself, she gave me a paper to fill out, I handed it back, she told me to wait a few minutes.. She came to sit in front of me asked me two questions and then proceeded to give me the orientation date, and things I will need for that day, etc... And it was over.
Very good, standard questions and very accommodating. They were easy to schedule with and found a time that suited my schedule. It was a very positive experience! This may have been the local management team, but I hope it is on an organizational level

After applying through their system, in-person interview. It was very easy and casual. (2024, Dublin) Some questions about food safety and hospitality but it's also easy and simple questions. I did an interview in the dinning area, the second floor of the shop.

A group interview with around 8 people where we were asked to just introduce ourselves and have a conversation with each other while the hiring manager was watching. They hired around half of us.
