Online invitation after applying and then there were two interviews for my local McDonald’s that was hiring, the restaurant manager was there for both occasions. I was rejected after the second interview
Really chill process overall. I applied online, then was invited to one interview. It was relaxed, mostly basic questions about availability, teamwork, and customer service. I got the offer shortly after.
