At my interview, the conversation started with some introductions, and then the interviewer asked me about my background and experience. They wanted to know how my skills aligned with the role, and I shared examples of past work to highlight my strengths. I was also asked why I was interested in the position and what I knew about the company. Toward the end, I had the chance to ask a few questions about the team and the role itself. The interview wrapped up with a brief discussion about next steps in the process.
