Consisted of 4 Rounds. 1) HR 2) Hiring Manager (Video) 3) Hiring Manager with Colleague. (Video) 4) VP / Director (Video) Took 1-2 weeks between each interview. The interview was simple, Hiring manager was nice to talk, But after Round 3, All of them DISAPPEARED. I followed up on emails but no response. 3 months now. I wasted lot of time and resources in the process. Message to Recruiter and hiring Manager- Have some courtesy to reply or at least convey the decision after consuming so much time.
