I Completed the application online. Received call from recruiter for phone interview. Following the call i was Sent email to complete assessment online. A few days later i received Another call from recruiter to set up face to face interview. She called two days later to reschedule because the hiring manager was on vacation. Schedule for a week later. Finally sat down with someone at the company.

Describe a time you got a call from an angry customer and how did you handle it?
Manageable, but not over the top. Similar to a pharma interview. I needed to close the hiring manager. There were 4 interviews in total and 1 field ride. The interview process took 3 weeks.

Interview
I applied with my resume for an interesting position with an attractive pay range. Gia, the AI assistant, helped schedule a Teams interview. The recruiter was clearly reading from a script with a checklist, and when I answered everything positively, I was told the top of the pay range was significantly less than what was advertised.
It was an average interview. Same questions you would be asked for any similar position at another company. Hiring manager was friendly enough, but it seemed like they were somewhere else mentally.
