Interview
Interesting interview process - Due to the pandemic, like most places, everything was done virtually. 1st Phone interview with basic background info. Then, you have to take an aptitude assessment which was tedious rather than difficult and you have to "fit" into the role. I was surprised to see this assessment was necessary for the position/job. Luckily, I was able to move on to the next round where I was interviewed by the hiring manager, asking a lot of situational questions.

3-4 rounds of interviews first with recruiter, then direct manager, regional manager and finally the VP. It can be lengthy as they need time to collaborate with one another and it doesn’t seem like a major priority.
