Interview
I applied online and heard back from the recruiter a couple weeks later. I came in for a group interview, where there were 9 others with me and 5 Meltwater employees. They gave an intro on the company, introduced themselves, had us introduce ourselves, had us do a short group presentation, and then had us give a speech about something we're passionate about. After the group interview they called me back for an individual interview a few hours later.
The individual interview involved a couple mock calls and a lot of personality based questions. In their presentation they had mentioned that this job would require hard work. I had seen on Glassdoor that the work/life balance for this position is not great, so I asked one of the employees about it while speaking to them individually during the group interview. This became a main topics of discussion during my individual interview, as one of the values they look for is "drive/stamina." The individual interview was challenging, but at no point were they rude to me.
When I left the group interview it was made clear to me that I would be notified within two days about whether or not I had gotten the job. At 4:30pm on the second business day I called the recruiter to ask about an answer and I was informed that I would not be receiving an offer. This frustrated me as I had another offer on the table and was assured that I was going to hear back within two days but then had to follow up myself to get an answer.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Who called you back after the group interview and what did they say to you?
made it past the screening, learned from hiring manager they expect 150 dials per day, which is insane. you are a full cycle rep, how are you supposed to run any demos and close any deals if you are dialling 150 times per day. Not to mention the base pay is trash. what a joke.

Interview
Very kind and supportive team! However, I felt that the interviewer was not quite engaged from the beginning. Overall, great experience and enjoyed the process. The interview left me feeling excited about the opportunity and what it would be like to work at the company!

Interview
HR Screen: 30 minutes
Panel Interview: 60 minutes
Friendly team. Mock sales interview for the panel. Clear about expectations (need to hustle in this role, not a chill 9-5). Asked a mix of behavioural questions and motivation questions.
