Interview
The interview time is during the class, there is a conflict with the course, more rush.Wait in the waiting area first, and then conduct the interview. First introduce yourself, and then the interviewer questions.
The interviewer was really friendly and kind. This is the first stage interview so no technical questions were asked. Behavioural questions that show you soft skills like communication, coordination, stakeholder management are empasised more during the entire interview process. Overall, it is a good experience. A lot of time was spent on intrductory briefing about the company.
Pre-Recorded Interview; behavioral interview questions, as well as game assessments; interview was around 45 mins, consisting of 4 interview questions and 3 games which covered pattern recognition, memorization, and personality type questions
