Interview
Initial Phone interview.
1st face to face interview with 3 managers.
2nd face to face interview with hiring manager
Background check and drug test.
Interviews very difficult, bad cop good cop.
Process very slow moving.
Two to three interviews following phone screen with district sales managers, or potentially regional sales manager in the territory. Quite intense with numerous hypothetical or situational questions to test your responsiveness, as well as, you judgement under pressure.
