I applied online. I interviewed at Mercury Systems (Andover, MA) in Apr 2017
Interview
I applied on their online portal. I received a phone call from HR a few days later asking for an in person interview. I scheduled the interview for the next week. When i went to the interview, HR came and escorted me to a conference room where i interviewed with 5 people. The first two engineers were friendly and chatted about various things the job would entail. the third was a director who wanted to see if I would fit in the company culture. The fourth was my would be manager, and the last person was another engineer who asked me more technical questions but nothing too complicated
5 rounds. First round is HR. second round team member. 3rd round is hiring manager. Fourth round is another team member. Interview is average and basic EE questions and your past experiences
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mercury Systems (Lancy) in Aug 2020
Interview
First interview with the HR.
Second interview with the technical manager and one engineer from the team.
Then one last interview with the director engineering.
Good behavior from the recruiters and good hiring process.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Mercury Systems (Cypress, CA)
Interview
The interview process took about 2-3 weeks. There was a screening phone call and then an in-person interview was scheduled. The in-person interview wasn't too bad; basic questions about resume and experience. At the end, there was a short quiz on educational background. Although I thought the interviews went really well, I rate the overall experience negatively because I never got a call/email back. I emailed both the managers and the recruiters and was only told everything was still in process and they were backed up. Haven't been updated for months...
