Applied online, did an over the phone pre-interview with headquarters before doing a panel interview in person. Only one manager arrived to the interview, thankfully the department I wanted. A little clumsy, but standard interview.
The worst interview process I have ever been through. Interviewers were not only late, but unprepared. Promised a callback with updates, regarding the interview process and never followed up. Yikes!

Interview
Interview process was pleasant and with personable managers. Managers were open and realistic about unit staffing and expectations, took me on a tour and also encouraged growth during interview. Recruiter kept me up to date and reached out in an appropriate time frame with offer.
