nice and quick, over all about 15 mins. Lady who interviewed me was extremely nice. She said I would get a call in a few days with a decision. I actually ended up getting a call the same day!!

Phone screen, Behavioral questions, background check. The recruiters are pretty good depending on who you are working with. If you get the job, offer is communicated from hiring manager and not recruiter typically. Recruiter just phone screens you and makes recommendation to hiring manager.
