Interview was arranged by a reference and was conducted on phone. They asked very logical questions about testing and also about documentation tools like Excel. I answered 90% of the questions very logically.

The process goes with 5 rounds.1st three was introduction and face to face interview and next 2 rounds was Aptitude and hr interview. The interviewer were more focused on extra-curricular and activities technical and non-technical both.
