I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife (Morristown, NJ)
Interview
In-house recruiter called to set up an phone screening. The phone screening took less than one hour. It was pretty straight forward with no redundant questions. Then the recruiter set up an onsite interview with the line manager. A few days later I was interviewing with the senior manager. All of the three interviews were very pleasant ones with nice people.
Other Senior Analyst Interview Reviews for MetLife
It was plain and simple. The interviewer was relaxed and jovial, making for a pleasant experience. Unfortunately there was a strong communication gap with the HR representative that made me turn around on my initial willingness to join this company.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife (Beirut) in Oct 2016
Interview
very professional ,very friendly and straight to the point .It reflected a human touch on the matter. The hiring process was very professional and the time was acceptable.I would highly recommend it to new people

Interview
Through external hiring company, there were 3 rounds, 1 HR screening, 1 Sr BSA technical, then in-person with hiring manager and a video interview. All the interviewers were nice and professional. The scheduling was a pain. They would ask for availability and then reply when most of those days had past. This happened a few times. Once they scheduled an interview super early in the day without regard to the timezone they were looking to hire in.
