I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife (Denver, CO)
Interview
They have a recruiter from another agency that they work with call you for initial screening. And then a another after that. We just talked about my marketing experience and my resume. The convo was very scripted.. I could tell she was reading the questions off. Super unprofessional recruiter - said she would call me with news if they were moving forward or not. Followed up with her a week later and she said she hadn't heard yet. I followed up with her twice after that and she just ignored me and I never heard back again. Very immature and if that's a reflection of the professionalism of metlife I'm glad I didn't get it

Interview
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at MetLife
Interview
Their hiring process was easy and not intimidating. They needed to fill the position and interns were a good fit. Lots of behavioral questions and general conversation. Nice interviewers and beautiful office, appealed to the working college student.
