Flawed. Very quick. They made up their mind about just from my resume. There were little or no questions concerning my personality or my goals. I should have taken this as a red flag, but I didn't. You live, you learn.

Interview
I met with the the Director and discussed the position, requirements, benefits. Then we discussed my background and why I think I would be a good fit. All of my questions were answered. The interview process was laid back but professional.
