I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meta
Interview
Was reached out to by a recruiter. Had a good initial conversation and then had a video interview with a member of the team, talking through my portfolio. Made it to the exercise round. Was contacted shortly after I submitted the exercise and was told they were no longer moving forward. The feedback regarding the exercise was very vague and said the things that were lacking were all things that I feel confidently I had done well, so it was frustrating.

Tell me about this work you did and your creative process.
Meta used to offer the BEST recruitment process, but things have changed. Interview process was alright, felt more transactional (and less personal) than before. No interview feedback was given and the recruiter was uncontactable after that.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (London, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
Prepare slides with an introduction, a ten minute presentation on a content project you've worked on and a five minute presentation on a visual that moved a project forward. Then around 25 minutes on critiquing a product flow. The interview itself wasn't hard, but I was off my game for the product crit.
