Very thorough but interesting. Answered my questions with what seems like transparency. Promised a quick turn around on if an offer would be made or not. Overall it was a positive experience I feel.
Quick efficient interview that was easy and took little preparation. Very quick and communicative interview process and I got an offer in two weeks for a contract position. I don’t know how it compares to the full time role interview process

Recruiter Call: A short 20–30 minute chat about your experience, why you’re interested in Meta, and basic role fit.
Technical Screen: For technical roles, you’ll have one or two 45-minute coding interviews that test your skills in algorithms and problem-solving.
Recruiter found me. Non-consistent communication until interview with member of team. Interviewed on Nov 13, no word from recruiter since, it's now Dec 5. Not sure how to rate although communication from recruiter hasn't been the best.
