This was for a contract role and from the get go I had an interview with the hiring manager. Average interview, she was nice, didn’t get job offer but it was good interview experience.

If you had to deal with a challenge how would you approach it
Long and painful on purpose. Expect long interviews, including skill tests, back to back. They won’t accommodate for your time zone. Lots of recruiter coaching, way more than typical. Expect at least six or seven touchpoints in all.
I had 2 interviews before they decided to stop with the process. It was very standard. Nowadays for a design job you have a lot of interviews and it's a very long process.
