I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta in May 2024
Interview
There was a recruiter screen, then technical interview. They have a very professional HR team (very informative and quick response). The 2nd round was split between product case questions and technical SQL questions. Seems to focus more on case.
The whole process is HR email screen - tech interview - onsite. SQL coding questions in tech interview, and product questions in each round. Also stats problems in the onsite round.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meta (Austin, TX) in Nov 2021
Interview
Final round of interview. No feedback. For a company that claims to connect people and improve their life, should some sort of interview feedback be provided? I'm very disappointed at how non-transparent Facebook is at their hiring process.
