The interview process at Meta was excessively lengthy, involving multiple redundant stages with various recruiters and technical interviews. Despite receiving very positive feedback on my technical performance, no offer was made following a review by the hiring committee, ultimately wasting my time. All the hours I spent interviewing are equal to at least one day of work that I would be happy to charge Meta for—what a productive use of time!

Didn't work out, I just wasn't qualified for the position offered. It took a while to get through this process but I understand why I wasn't picked. Ultimately I just wasn't the right person for the job so I'm glad they found someone else.
