The process had several steps by interesting and knowledgeable interviewers. I even had fun during the process, but it overlapped with a wave of layoffs and a hiring freeze, so I didn't get the offer.

Interview
Inbound from a recruiter via LI and a brief chat, with an interview arranged with a senior leader to talk through fit with the company, how it works being an employee and screening for the role. I didn't get to the next stages unfortunately.
I thought it was a v positive experience and felt that the interviewer was listening and asking good questions. They tried to make sure to get an idea of experience and see where I might fit within the organisation.
