Michaelson, Connor, & Boul interview questions

I was in the office with the section director and her team leader. They asked me about my previous job experience and how I thought that those experiences would help me in the position that I had applied for. I was further explained in detail about the job requirements, what would be expected of me, advancement opportunities, pay and benefits. I was told the director had a couple other people to interview and she would let me know her decision in a few days. She called two days later and offered me the job. I started the very next day.
