I applied through my university career center. First I had an on campus interview, followed by an online hackerrank assessment, followed by a general skills assessment, followed by an onsite interview consisting of three interviews. The onsite had 1 interview as a project demonstration, 1 interview was technical/puzzle questions, and 1 was with someone higher up in the company (forgot).
It went well however im not selected. Company was good my skill was bad may be gave java developer interview but was rejected in 1st round . Ambience was so good and lot of happy faces around

HR interview -
The main point was to discuss some logistical stuff regarding the entire interview process. After this HR interview, there will be a 1 hr technical interview with an existing SWE at MicroStrategy. If successful, you will be invited to another technical + cultural fit interview with a manager/director. And the offer will be made based on that.

Question 1
What was your favorite project that you worked on?
One goo thing was that it was timely. They sent a series of technical coding tests and data science tests. There was quite a few statistics questions that are good to brush up on.
