I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (Palo Alto, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
I went through Microsoft's interview process, which kicked off with a series of back-to-back virtual interviews. They included both behavioral and technical questions, handled by senior team members. The final round was an "As-Appropriate" interview with a high-ranking manager who decided on the spot about my hiring. The whole process took a couple of weeks to a month, where they evaluated me on collaboration, customer focus, and adaptability. I prepared thoroughly, even practiced with the STAR framework for responses. It was quite the experience!
