I had a phone scan with a finance manager, followed by three back-to-back interviews with the VP of Finance, Finance Director, and Finance Group Manager. They asked both behavioral and technical questions during the interviews. The results came out quickly. Those who were rejected found out within a few days, while the person who received the offer found out within a week.

Starts with resume screening and a recruiter phone call, followed by technical or functional interviews with problem-solving, coding, or case studies, plus behavioral questions based on LEAD principles. Attend an onsite or virtual loop, meet teams, and, if successful, receive an offer after reference checks.

I enjoyed the interview process. Had to go through 2 rounds of interviews. first round and second round was a superday. Just had to share about myself and why i wanna work for MSFT. Mostly behavioral and business analysis-technical type of questions. it was fun. I enjoyed it.
Need to be well prepared, quite a lot of technical questions, not a lot of behavioral questions. the people were very nice. Very welcoming & seemed like a friendly team.
