I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (Redmond, WA)
Interview
I had a phone interview that was about 45 minutes. It went well with brain teasers and behavioral/fit questions.
I was brought to Redmond, Washington to do an interview with 4 people. My first was strictly behavioral, my second I gave a presentation. This was definitely a harder interview as he asked a lot of the tough questions. The third was a case study and the fourth was another behavioral/fit.
Everyone was really great throughout the interview process and they had other MACH people to talk to in between interviews.
