Its tough and examines proficiency in all aspects of product management. There are multiple rounds and test you on design, problem solving, metrics etc. There are also questions on prioritization, launch and pricing

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Microsoft
Interview
4 rounds of PM interviews. Quick scheduling, happened back to back within 2 days. The questions were around product design and thinking, with few questions on past work experience. If you follow a structured problem solving approach, you are good to go.

Simple -- recruiter screening first, then hiring manager interview. After that, interview with four different people. One was a technical interview with lunch. The other was with a potential teammate, then the Principal Group PM and the Principal PM Manager
