Interview
There were 2 main interviews. One with technical lead and architect where we went through C++ code where I was asked to do the PR review. And one architecture exercise - design social media platform similar to Twitter
Second interview were to check my mamnagment skill and how I would tackkle different situations in the team, manage conflicts, supervise people with different seniority level

Review pull request where simple parsing method was introduced to existing class
3 Algo & Data structure questions and 1 design question. The questions needed you to understand patterns more than actual coding. Eg. When to buy and sell stocks. The interviewer can advance the question to with or without cool down

Either resumes are filtered by a glitchy software or by incompetent and clueless recruiters.
I have 20 years of experience in managing engineers but 5 minutes after I applied for the job I got an email saying that I didn’t have enough experience. What a joke!
