Panel-style loop: recruiter screen, hiring manager conversation, then rounds on technical/architectural leadership, execution at scale, people leadership, cross-functional influence, and culture values, STAR-format behavioral throughout.
The interviewers were not English native speakers so it wasn’t easy to understand them fully, completely red flag as I would work with them!
