Mid America Clinical Laboratories interview questions

applied online and got an email to set up an interview. the interview was very brief with not a lot of questions asked, or time to ask questions, and I was offered a position that was different than the one I interviewed for.

I received a call from the manager. Set up the interview. I arrived 10 ministers prior and the interview lasted 30 mins. The manager asked questions like “where do you see yourself in 5 years, what qualities do you look for in a team, what do you look for in a leader?” I was then given a tour around the laboratory. Met some other employees. She then told me all communication would be from the HR department. I received an email stating they were contacting my references. I’m pretty positive I got the job.
