Straight forward phone call about past experience. Job descrpition, your availability etc. brief outline on the required tools as well as work quality expected. It really was about as straight forward of a process as possible.

Basic questions. Straight to point. On time. Asked if I had any questions. Sent an email to take a test. Three chances to pass with a score of 80. Job is 1099. You get 100 inspections a month at the minimum. They have a fee schedule.
