It is a fairly generic interview process. They ask pretty standard questions. They tend to have very generic questions but they want situational answers. It is not a very complex interview process

There would be more than 3 rounds, that may need an entire day. Ensure you apply through a Recruitment agency (this will help you with lesser rounds and more chances of getting selected) HR rounds are more about your past experiences and about you. They would evaluate mostly on your stability for the organization. Operations round are more about the same, and be thoroughly prepared with SLA and metrics related questionnaires. Do prepare in advance about Attrition formulas, Absenteeism formuals, and your style of Leadership
