Mindbody Senior Software Engineer (.NET) interview questions

I applied through employee referral. I got Hr's email about first round which was some basic aptitude assessment and 1000 personality related questions. I got email next day that "Congratulations you have cleared the test. We would like to schedule your first technical round. Could you please help me with your 1-hour availability " along with this she asked me some details about my profile like experience , ctc, notice period and all. I replied and in expected ctc i asked little bit more than what I was already having offer in hand. After that no response from HR , not a single call was there from their side that we can not offer this or whatever be the reason, just rejection on no basis. My advice for the company is that please clear your range and expectations with the candidate first and then ask them to appear for any test or something , because their time is also important. my advice for the applying candidate is please keep your salary expectations bit low for this position otherwise you will not get even a call from Hr. They did not even bothered to give me feedback for my rejection even after asking politely
