Mindera Senior .NET Developer interview questions

I interviewed as a remote candidate from the country they don't operate in. 1. Video call with the recruiter 2. Take home assignment (existing base project of an API, implement CRUD, tests, OpenAPI etc.), 48 hour limit from the start of the task, doesn't have to take that long. 3. Two hour long tech interview with 2 developers 4. Culture fit interview 5. They made an offer that was way below market rate and what I asked for, even though we talked about rate during 1. and 4. Overall process was way, way too long, most of the time I was kept in the dark with zero contact from the recruiter. Tech interview was quite nice, as well as the culture fit one. The fact that they drag you for two months knowing they won't offer what you want(or even close to that) is mindblowing and disqualifies this company for me.
