Initially I received a phone call where I was asked standard screening questions. Then I went in with HR and finally I had an interview with one of the team leaders (VP). Then I had to go in an meet the team before all was approved.

Phone interview, multiple meets with FA’s on the team, met a manager at one location, got sent to the manager at another location. Was a 5 step process before ever hearing a decision.

Interview
First i had a phone interview after interning there the summer before. We spoke and then asked me my availablity to meet in person. This part took a couple of days because i was away at school and needed to take a train in for the interview. Once i had the initial interview she said she would contact me again shortly. Two days later she asked me if i was free again to meet.....
then we met again and five days later she offered me a position!
