1st: an interview with a recruiter
2nd: an interview with a manager and a vice president
3rd: an interview with the manager from New York and a manager from Budapest
They were kind but professional, more interested in my experiences. They also asked for examples like how did I manage in a situation with strict deadlines.

Interview
Overall interview process took three months. First was contacted by an MS recruiter via LinkedIn, then talked to two hiring managers. Two interviews were one-on-ones and the third interview was with both of them. 30 minutes each. Did not get a chance to interview with other team members. Why? There was one week between the first two interviews; however had to wait over a month for the third one. Average difficulty interview.

Do you have experience with alternative investments?
They asked general questions about previous work experience, why I wanted to join them, and some technical questions related to the position I applied for. It was a friendly discussion, where they asked various questions about myself.
