I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley
Interview
Got a phone interview. Told me it's informational but instead it's pretty technical. Asked many finance questions and dug deeper into each question to test the limit of my knowledge. Asked about the 2008 financial crisis, what caused it and why. Asked a math question at the end. The interviewer is very nice and polite.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (New York, NY)
Interview
A written test, including stochastic calculus, option theory, fixed income, probability and coding. Hard to finish all in just an hour. Better complete all questions you know then focus on more difficult ones.
First-round interview with different teams, including resume question and probability. A lot of use of conditional probability, similar to brain teasers.
