Multiple rounds including a financial model test and meeting various analysts to discuss stock views, background assessment and alignment with the team. It is a collaborative call to hire but the final decision is that of the direct hiring manager/lead analyst.

Took 4 weeks. Phone screen, in person fit interview, was asked back for a more technical interview. Final round was a model test, they gave me financials and a blank excel spreadsheet, kept it simple
