Open house interview, I arrived early and hiring manager was 30min late. The whole interview was about 10min long. Received offer after a week and orientation was a month long.

Interview
Applied online through their website. Received an email asking to accept offer. Was connected to recruiter then who gave details for the interview. Main interview was in person. It was with the unit's director, manager, educator, and another nurse together. After the interview, it takes a week or more until all the other candidates get their interview. Will receive an email stating whether you were accepted or not.
