The first round in Mphasis was aptitude conducted by amcat.If you go through R.S Aggarwal it is more than enough.Next round was tech+HR .They asked some basic questions like OOPS concept,structures and union and about project.The last round in Mphasis was versant round.It was quiet difficult.It is like a phoning section with foreign accent.I f you watch english movies YOU will be able to crack this round.

i went through amcat and the process was divided in 2 rounds one hr and second versant and it was not at all difficult. they just want u to b confident and also please provide only the info which is true dont write anything false just to impress them.
