I got a call from consultancy(picked my profile from naukri.com) and scheduled my interview on 27 mar, 2025, through Flocareer third party interview platform. And got an update of clearing first round that was technical, after 2 days. And the recruiter shared that next will be my DM round for which she is working on to get a slot/availability with Manager. But since then no response from recruiter and even stopped picking my calls and leaving her a ping asking for status she asked me to wait for 2 weeks and after 2 weeks got to know from her that company has put the position on hold and they are not looking for any such position as of now. Which made my complete experience as disgusting and should not have wasted candidate's time and hurt his/her expectations by creating invalid positions if you don't want to hire.
