I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MuleSoft in Mar 2017
Interview
I was sent a link to complete a one-way video interview. The recruiter told me they would get back to me in a few days. They didn't, so I gave up on them and moved on. They brag about wanting A-Players and how they're building an elite team. But they don't get back to people when they say they would? If they can't do something as simple as that, then how can I be sure they're creating a good work environment if they treat candidates poorly? This experience struck me as callow and a waste of time.

Question 1
How did you hear about Mulesoft? Why Sales? Why Mulesoft? Tell me about a challenge you overcame? What was your college gpa?
I'm so sorry we did not get back to you! We make an effort to get back to every candidate in a timely fashion. This is not a reflection of anything but the fact that we missed the mark here. Thank you for your time!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MuleSoft in Sep 2022

Three interviews. They were very quick moving through the process. All three interviews happened within a week or two. Standard phone screen followed by two interviews with managers. Overall it was a great process.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MuleSoft (New York, NY) in Jan 2021
Interview
Initial phone call with the recruiter - standard qualifying questions about experience, education, what you know about the company etc.
Next round of interviews involved a panel interview with three senior level employees. 1 1/2 hr. total. Very relaxed casual conversation. Questions were mainly behavioral based, wanted to see how you react in certain situations. Also tested knowledge of the company, competition, industry etc.
Final round interview with director. Again, very relaxed. Mainly focused on experiences and figuring out your desire to work for the company. A few behavioral questions but not as many as the first round.
Overall positive experience.
Received an offer within a week of the last interview.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MuleSoft
Interview
phone screen interview with recruiter, over the phone interview with hiring manager, then on site interview. Everyone was very easy to talk to and were extremely informative. I was on the fence if I wanted to pursue the opportunity and I felt extremely supported. They allowed me to talk to an individual who wanted a similar career path as me and came from a similar background.
