I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MuleSoft (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview process was very smooth and flexible. The coordinator was extremely thorough and was able to turn around the confirmation very quickly. The greet and tour was also very nice which gave me a good sense of the culture and people. Everybody that I met with was on time and paid close attention to all the topics that were being covered. The interview with the VP of Talent was after hours and went over the scheduled time but she stayed attentive the whole time, which was very impressive.

I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at MuleSoft (Portland, OR) in Jan 2017
Interview
Connected with some of the hiring team in CA via LI and expressed interest in their role. I then followed up with an online application and was contacted by the screening recruiter. A good call which led to 2nd call with the Director of TA - good momentum and dialogue, leading to a series of Google Meet Up calls with 3 players (the mgr this role would be supporting, the exiting Recruiter who was being promoted and the Sourcing Mgr).
