Interview
It felt like a complete waste of time. I had no idea that there were going to be over 40 candidates at the assessment day, many of whom had a great deal of experience which seemed odd as the recruiting company had sold it to me as a graduate scheme. I many other people were pretty much promised to get the job and had even travelled from abroad just for the interview.
