Am absolutely ok not getting an offer but as a candidate who has gone through so many rounds , I dont think its unreasonable to expect an email saying they are not moving forward.

Met with the hiring manager who was super nice and very transparent about the role and where they were with other candidates. The recruiter was also pretty nice and supportive during the entire process. I also appreciated that they were cognizant of the fact that I was on a strict timeline, and thus they gave me a quick decision.
