Leader interviews then a panel with peers with little experience in their functional areas outside of the company and were clearly not interested in an outsider joining the organization. Didn't even look at my resume first. Whoever joined this team had their work cut out for them to level up this group to accomplish the transformation they desperately need.

Interview
Recruiter outreach, conversation with Leader, Interview with Sales Executive, Panel interview with peers, partner and leader. Almost a month later the recruiter followed up about next steps. They were completely uncoordinated. I am certain salesforce will absorb them and move out the legacy team that are inept.

In the panel interview, it was clear that the legacy people on the team had not even looked at my resume or had any coaching on how to prepare or conduct an interview. While I had a much larger/ 20x span of control than the role I was interviewing for and then pivoted to develop a function at a start up, I got some silly questions about whether I have had to hire my own team or coach existing team members.
