Steps: 1) HR 2) FBP Manager (depending on the team they are recruiting for) 3) Business Case (to do by yourself, 5 days time) 4) Business Case discussion with a different FBP Manager 5) Additional calls with other selected members of the team you may be joining (usually 2-3 calls) 6) Final call with the FBP leader

Most challenging work experience, and how I overcame it by working on my skillset. Why I wanted to join N26 specifically. Which are the main profitability drivers for N26.

Interview
A first interview with the HR partner, they are sending you a case study straight after the first interview. This case study has to be done in 5 days.
In my situation, I have spent 5 hours on this study and they had not even read it and stopped the recruitment process.
Moreover, the HR partner was not professional at all during the interview (checking her mail, not listening to the answer..)
