I got an interview because I knew someone who used to work at NBC. I received a call from the hiring manager a few days after submitting my resume. About 3 days later, I drove into LA for an in-person interview. A few days later I learned that I got the job.
Academic Year & Summer Internships both in Media Tech/Peacock. Resume submission, HireVue with 2 tries with basic questions. Recruiter matched to teams, usually interviewed by a hiring manager. Mostly behavioral. Received Academic Year & Summer Offer in separate cycles, invited back for subsequent Academic Year.
pretty easy and standard interview. They asked on average easy questions about my career and why i would be a good fit for the company. super nice and easy to talk to
